There is still room for Vendors at our 4th annual Newcastle Rotary Ribfest – May 25 – 27, 2018
Cost $250.00 per space
Vendors must provide their own equipment ie: tent, table, chairs etc
Vendors are not permitted to sell chicken, ribs, and fries, pork ribs, pulled pork, coleslaw, rolls, potato salad, corn bread, deep fried onion or beans. Items permitted: crafts, paintings, dessert items, hot dogs, hamburgers, ice cream, popcorn, candy and pizza, keeping in mind there is no electricity or running water available.
Vendors are responsible to comply with all Provincial regulations and to obtain any necessary permits that may apply.
All fees are non-refundable as they are used to promote the event
Our event runs from Friday noon to Sunday at 5PM
Set up time: vendors will be contacted to arrange set up times
Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it.
We reserve the right to censor any booth.
Vendors will rent space within the fence; size is approximately 10 feet by 10 feet. We have a limited number of spaces available.
